The NIAS are committed to listening to and learning from the people who use our services and seek to ensure all who wish to provide feedback, have an opportunity to do so.
We want to hear from anyone who has experience of NIAS urgent and emergency services from March 2021 to now.
Our 3 main project objectives include:
1- to explore experience in relation to the pathways available through NIAS
2- to identify good practice which should be enabled across the whole system
3- to seek areas for improvement, embedding the principles of coproduction and informing actions which adopt quality improvement methodologies.
The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service in partnership with 10,000 More Voices (Public Health Agency) invite you to share stories about your experience of emergency care with Northern Ireland Ambulance Service. We would value feedback regarding what worked well and what could be improved.
Please share your experience through https://10000morevoices.hscni.net or Call 028 9536 2868 to request a printed version and freepost envelope.
