Care Opinion is an independent organisation which offers a way for people to share their experiences of Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland, which is safe, simple and leads to learning and change.
Care Opinion is a non-profit organisation and is not part of the health service. Care Opinion cannot offer advice on individual cases.
What?
The Care Opinion platform is where you as a service user, family member or carer can leave anonymous feedback, which is shared directly with services. Care Opinion will not state who you are and will never share your personal details with anyone.
Care Opinion moderates all stories before publication on the website to enable a clear, timely, public, constructive conversation about care. Services will respond to your feedback within 7 days from publication on the website.

When?
Anyone with an experience of Health or Social Care in the last 3 years can share their story, this includes family members and carers.
The Care Opinion website is available for you to share your feedback when you feel ready.

By sharing ‘what is good’ and ‘what could be improved’ about services you can help to make a difference for everyone.
