What is the Involvement Human Library?
The Human Library is a safe space for Service Users, Carers and Staff to share their lived experience of their Involvement journey, how they found it, the challenges, benefits and the
impact it made.

The aim of the Involvement Human Library.
The Involvement Human Library aims to create a positive space for personal and human conversation between Service Users, Carers and staff. It is not just an Involvement story, it’s an
engagement, an interaction and space for everyone to listen, grow and learn.

How can you support and get Involved in the Involvement Human Library?
The PHA Involvement team want to recruit Service Users and Carers to support us in facilitating the Involvement Human Library sessions in each Trust. Recruited Service Users and Carers will play a key role in each Involvement Human Library. You will be provided training in how to be an Involvement Human Library panel member, reimbursed for any out of pocket expenses and 1-1 mentoring after each session.
