Leading in Partnership Leadership Programme

Supporting the HSC to improve how we plan, deliver and lead our services together.

This exciting new programme offers HSC staff, service users, carers, community and voluntary sector an excellent opportunity to develop your capacity to: lead in Partnership working from involvement to co-production, use PPI and co-production to achieve quality improvement and support transformation and service change by involving service users, carers, community and voluntary sector.

Attend event e.g. interview, information event, focus group

To apply for this programme you should: Have an understanding of Partnership working in a HSC setting, have experience of engaging in PPI, patient client experience, co-production at a strategic or operational level and be committed to providing leadership for Partnership working, involvement and co-production within the HSC. The programme will be held online via Zoom and each module will run from 9.30am - 4.30pm. Module 1: Leading from Within - 28th of January. Module 2: Partnership Working - 11th of February. Module 3: Leading to Listen and Understand - 25th of February. Module 4: Leading Collectively - 12th of March. Module 5: Shared learning event, incl. presentations and networking - 26th of March.
