The Western Trust is proud to work alongside PHA in the design of a new promotional leaflet that is aimed to inform the community about an online service user feedback platform known as Care Opinion
Background
Care Opinion is an Online Service User Feedback Platform that allows people who have received a Health and Social Care experience within the last 3 years the opportunity to share their story online anonymous free of charge and services will respond to feedback received. Care Opinion is an independent not for profit company that does not publically advertise or fund promotional campaigns.
Promoting the online service user feedback platform raising awareness of the platform and it is hoped that this can be addressed through producing a new up to date information leaflet that can be shared regionally in Northern Ireland.
What to expect
Participation would be on a voluntary basis. Your will gain further insight into the service user feedback platform and contribute to the co-design and development of the information leaflet. Your feedback will be a crucial and valuable resource for this piece of work. The Involvement Team will provide on-going support and guidance.
