The Smoke Free Policy Group within the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust are inviting service user and carer/family representatives who have an experience of being at the hospital sites and/or community clinic sites to become members of the group.
As a member of the group you will be an equal voice and partner and in discussion about developing initiatives to improve compliance on Trust sites, for example, signage and information.
Meetings are 2-3 times a year and last for 90 minutes. Meetings are online (MS Teams). Click here to view the flyer for this opportunity
