The Delirium Working Group within the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust are inviting Service User and Carer/family representatives who have an understanding of the experience of delirium to become members of the group.
We welcome new members who are:
• A Service User who has experience of a delirium episode
• A Carer/family member of a service user who has experience of a delirium
• Both Service User and their Carer/family member together
As a member of the group you will be an equal voice and partner in discussion about delirium prevention, delirium diagnosis, and the management of patients who develop a delirium within the hospital environment.
Meetings are once a month for 90 minutes and are usually online (MS Teams).
