Help improve self-directed support (SDS) for adults

Location: Northern Health and Social Care Trust

Do you have experience of using Self Directed Support for yourself or someone you care for?

Help IMPACT  improve self-directed support (SDS) for adults across all programmes of care in the IMPACT Supported planning project!

This will involve taking part in 4 online discussions between February and June 2026.

The 4 sessions will look at:·
– What do people need to know when they hear about SDS for the 1st time?
– What would help during the support planning process?
– What would help when finding or organising support?
– How should progress be reviewed?
The sessions will also look at what’s currently being done in Northern Ireland, and come up with ideas together on how things could be done in the future.
