Domiciliary Care Reform project Service User and Carer Involvement Oppurtunity

Location: South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust

The Trust is currently reviewing its Domiciliary Care Service.

We are looking at the whole service from the very beginning of the process right through to how it is received in the client’s home.

We are very keen for clients, carers, families and anyone with an interest in this area to help us improve and shape the service.

There are a number of ways which you can get involved. Please complete this very short questionnaire to indicate your level of interest.

Surveys: This could be a survey on a particular aspect of the Domiciliary Care Service and could be administered online or by post. This will allow us to involve a large number of service users, clients, carers, family members and the community.

Meetings/Events: You could attend a meeting or event either in person or virtually with a number of people to enable us to hear your opinion on particular parts of the service.

Focused Projects: You could be involved in a focused project over a period of time, working in partnership with Trust staff to help shape and improve the service. This would involve working with a small team regularly.

Please scan the QR code on the attached flyer or click on the link below to access the questionnaire.
