The Department of Health are developing an information service for Autistic people, their families and their carers which will also provide information for people who are waiting for an Autism Assessment.
To ensure the information service is as supportive as possible a questionnaire has been developed to gain an understanding on what information would be useful and the best way to access the information. The questionnaire is anonyms.
