The Public Health Agency (PHA) carried out a 12‑week public consultation between September and December 2025 to gather the views of service users, carers, the public, Health and Social Care staff, and community and voluntary sector partners on the draft Partnership and Engagement Strategy 2025–2030.This consultation aimed to understand how clearly the Strategy communicates its vision, aims and priorities, and how well it reflects the needs and experiences of the people and organisations it serves.
We are now publishing the findings of this consultation through two documents:
Consultation Summary Report (March 2026)
This report provides:
- An overview of who took part in the consultation
- Key themes raised during engagement sessions, written submissions and the online survey
- Strengths identified within the Strategy
- Areas where respondents asked for greater clarity, accessibility or detail
- The PHA’s response to the feedback and how the Strategy will be updated
