SBNI Trauma‑Informed Practice – Task & Finish Group (Expression of Interest)

The Safeguarding Board for Northern Ireland (SBNI) Trauma‑Informed Practice Team is inviting expressions of interest to join a Task & Finish Group supporting the further development of trauma‑informed resources.

This is a regional opportunity and is open to:

  • People with lived experience, and
  • Health and Social Care staff or staff across any sector

Participants will contribute their insights and experience to help co‑design and positively shape future developments, such as a trauma training and commissioning guide, alongside staff and service user experience surveys.

Please register your interest before the end of May 2026. The group will meet periodically online in coming months.

  • Individuals with lived experience
  • HSC staff members (or partner agencies) or staff across any sector
  • People interested in contributing to trauma‑informed practice at a regional level
