Regional Quality Improvement (QI) Programme for Social Work, Nursing & Midwifery 2026 – Service User/Carer representative

Location: South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust

The Regional QI Programme is seeking a service user/carer representative as it is important that quality improvement work is grounded in lived experience and focuses on what matters most to
people who use health and social care services. This role involves listening to taught lectures and you can also be part of QI group work. On the course days you will talk with participants about aspects of involving service users and carers in service improvement projects. There is another service user who has been part of programme for 10 years who can support you in this role.

Would you have time to attend up to eight days in the year ahead?

This includes 7 full days (09:30 to 16:00) starting this month and
there is a final meeting (2 hours) for the Celebration Awards showcase
of posters from all projects.

Meetings are in-person across the three locations of
Antrim (March & April), Dundonald (September & October) and
Newtownards (June & February).
