Call for Service Users and Carers to join a Pharmacy and Safe Use of Medicines Engagement Advisory Group
The Strategic Planning and Performance Group (SPPG) are establishing a new Service User/Carer Engagement Advisory Group to provide input and advice on the development of safe and efficient pharmacy and medicines services.
The Engagement Advisory Group will work in partnership with SPPG pharmacy team to advise on changes to existing services and development of new services, focusing on safety and quality.
As a member of the Engagement Advisory Group you will have an opportunity to inform and shape our work and to share your experience of using pharmacy services.
By joining you will;
- Improve the experience for people who use pharmacy services and ensure the safe use of medicines.
- Help the SPPG pharmacy team understand how to provide better pharmaceutical services and safer use of medicines.
- Have your voice heard.
It is expected that the group will meet four times per year and the first meeting will be held in June 2024.
