We would really value your feedback.
We are inviting people who have experience of using Health and Social Care (HSC) Trust equipment to share their views. This includes any equipment that helps you live more independently and carry out everyday activities.
This could include:
- Walking aids, shower seats, hoists, or hospital beds
- Wheelchairs
- Small home adaptations such as handrails
- Home lifts or tracking hoists
- Assistive technology such as telecare or communication tools
In 2024, the Department of Health reviewed these services across Northern Ireland. While good practice was identified, the review also highlighted areas where improvements are needed.
Your feedback, through the 10,000 MORE Voices initiative, will help us:
- Understand what is working well
- Identify where improvements are needed
- Inform the development of better services in the future
We would like to hear from:
- People who use this equipment
- Carers
- Family members
By sharing your experience, you can help shape services for others.
