Help Us Review a New Palliative Care and End of Life Care Network Information Leaflet

Location: Northern Health and Social Care Trust

Service User leaflet_NHSCT_V7

We have been asked by the Palliative Care Service Improvement Team to review a draft information leaflet that explains how people can become members of the Palliative Care and End of Life User Involvement Network.

The Network provides opportunities for people with lived experience of palliative care, including service users, carers, family members and friends, to help shape and improve palliative care services. Members can contribute in a variety of ways, such as reviewing information materials, providing feedback on services, helping to develop resources, sharing experiences and participating in improvement projects.

We would welcome your feedback on the leaflet before it is finalised. In particular, we would like to know:

  • Is the information clear and easy to understand?
  • Does it explain the purpose and benefits of joining the Network?
  • Is there anything that is unclear, missing or could be improved?
  • Is the leaflet welcoming and accessible to people who may be interested in becoming involved?

Your feedback will help ensure the leaflet is easy to understand and encourages people to get involved in shaping palliative care services across the Northern Trust area.

Email your feedback to Lynda.Elliott@northerntrust.hscni.net

Thank you for taking the time to share your views.
