NISAT Regional Review Workshop for Clients & Carers

We are carrying out a regional review of NISAT, the core Social Work assessment tool used to support person-centred care planning across all Trusts.

Since the rollout of Encompass (May 2025), staff have highlighted challenges and opportunities to improve the system. Regional workshops have already taken place — now it’s your turn to shape the next step.

We are inviting clients and carers (adults) with experience of Social Work assessments (community or hospital) to take part.

📍 Holiday Inn Express, Antrim
⏰ 10am – 4pm

Hospitality will be provided for mid-morning and lunch, if you have any dietary requirements, please ensure these are shared when volunteering.

You will help to:
✅ Share real experiences of Social Work involvement
✅ Review updated NISAT and Care & Support Plan proposals
✅ Identify improvements to strengthen partnership working
✅ Shape how services use digital tools like My Care
