The CAWT PEACEPLUS Healthier Futures Project is seeking providers to deliver a range of community-based early intervention health improvement support programmes for adults across the Western and Southern Health and Social Care Trust areas.
The project aims to complement and build on existing services by promoting equality of access to programmes that support the prevention and management of overweight and obesity. The commissioned service will focus on:
- Increasing physical activity
- Reducing sedentary behaviour
- Healthy eating
- Behaviour change support
While this tender relates specifically to service delivery within the Western and Southern Trust areas in Northern Ireland, submissions are welcomed from providers across all jurisdictions.
This may be of particular interest to voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations with experience in delivering health improvement, wellbeing, physical activity, nutrition or behaviour change programmes.
