Please find below a draft leaflet titled Be Active with Arthritis, which has been developed for rheumatology patients.
The aim of this leaflet is to encourage discussion about exercise as part of managing inflammatory arthritis, and to support more conversations between patients and rheumatology staff about staying active.
The team is also planning to build on this by developing additional resources on the Trust website. This may include information on rheumatology physiotherapy, different types of exercises, and practical support to help people stay active.
At this stage, we would really value your feedback on the attached leaflet.
