Are you currently working on a Medication Safety Initiative?
If yes, we are inviting you to showcase your work ,abstract form initially ,to an audience of professionals across the island of Ireland.
This event aims to bring together primary and secondary healthcare professionals, pharmacists, medics, nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Service Users, Patients and other stakeholders, with an interest in Medication Safety, in order to build new collaborations, share initiatives and extend research networks.
