IMPACT is a new UK centre that wants to make adult social care services better for people who use them. DHCNI is coordinating IMPACT in Northern Ireland.

DHCNI are looking for people with lived experience of adult social care to take part in a local Network to discuss involving people with lived experience in strategic decision making. You may be someone that uses adult social care, or a carer, or you may commission or arrange care for others.

Everyone who takes part will have their voice heard and influence change.

The Network will meet 4 times from September 2024 to February 2025, in person.
Each meeting will last 2 ½ hours. You will also need to take time to read materials that you’ll be given before each meeting.

Light refreshments will be provided.

A discretionary payment of up to £75 per meeting is available for individuals who need help to take part (e.g. travel, the cost of a personal assistant or replacement care).
