Cardiomyopathy Change Makers

Get involved

Have you or a loved one been affected by Cardiomyopathy? Are you looking for an opportunity to develop new skills and use your experiences to help others?

We need your insight and experiences to make sure that together, we develop realistic UK wide guidelines of best practice for how cardiomyopathy healthcare is delivered. By getting involved, you will ensure that our work represents and reflects the needs of people with cardiomyopathy and other conditions that affect the heart muscle. Help us shape change and improve the patient journey.
